The Salesforce Administrator position is responsible for contributing to implementations, change management, and training for multiple projects across Start Early to drive donor engagement and support our programs and outreach goals including daily support of the CRM case queue. Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, this individual applies strong analytical/problem solving skills in working with stakeholders to determine what is needed to improve workflow, data sharing, and reporting to drive deeper engagement with Start Early constituents.
Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, you will:

• Be involved in capturing business requirements, business needs, and business stakeholders from all divisions of Start Early with the Start Early Salesforce team.
• Work with the team to develop systems analyses and configuration implementation in support of strategic technology roadmaps established by the division.
• Simultaneously execute on multiple technology projects, including organization-wide initiatives related to the platform.
• Develop and manage system integrations and data integrity related to the platform.
• Understand the business challenges and opportunities of the organization and identify improvements in systems and processes.
• Be the voice of the customer for Start Early divisions to ensure solutions meet expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience and skills managing Salesforce technology projects.
• 2+ years eliciting end user requirements, documenting business processes and requirements analysis.
• 2+ years’ experience with product management in business process, frontline systems, working with developers, engineers, UI designers, QA, other cross functional groups.
• Salesforce Admin certifications or equivalent. Experience working with the following applications a plus: Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack, Marketing Cloud, Zapier, CRM implementations (e.g., Qualtrics, Quorum, Form Assembly, MobileCause, FormAssembly, Cvent and Qualtrics).
• Broad knowledge of technology solutions and packaged/cloud-based applications including web site integrations.

Salary: $77,000-$83,000
