We are seeking an analytical self-starter for an exciting position as a Salesforce Sales and Incentive System Administrator I. The individual in this position will be charged with a variety of responsibilities in support of our Salesforce Management Team including calculating monthly sales incentives, providing user support and monitoring sales trends and activities.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal customers by providing timely and courteous responses to user questions concerning Salesforce, tracking of sales, reports, and incentives. Act as a liaison to the Retail Sales Management team.

Provide sales tracking and incentive management support by loading various files into Salesforce, troubleshooting issues and correcting rejected records and helping to keep data between Salesforce and our incentive management system in synch.

Complete thorough and detailed monthly incentive and sales audits by analyzing sales, referral, and incentive trends to ensure incentives are being paid appropriately and for the right reasons.

Produce, update and maintain various incentive related reports.

Process sales corrections within Salesforce.

Back up Senior Sales and Incentive System Administrator duties.

Assist all business line sales managers with reporting and sales analysis.

Work with Retail Executive Assistant on special projects.

Work with Salesforce User Experience/Trainers to create reports to monitor sales activities for all business lines.


Note: The preferred work location is Jefferson City, MO, but other locations throughout our footprint could be considered.
