Complete Description:
looking for an experienced SAP QA for an SAP implementation project. The consultant will be working with one of the leading Wholesale retailers in the US. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and analytically in a problem-solving environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and know-how to collaborate effectively with domain experts and the IT leadership team.
Essential Functions: Designs, develops and conducts test plans for functional unit tests, regression tests, and system integration tests Performs analysis on error incidents and system errors Interfaces with SAP and non-SAP technical teams for technical specifications and development of customized objects Provides support for SAP applications, including integration points with other SAP modules and non-SAP applications to ensure business processes are maintained in a non-disruptive manner Adheres to the team and departmental development standards Demonstrates a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization Demonstrates excellent communication skills Full-Time onsite position (At client site on all working days)

Required:
- Minimum 5 years software quality assurance experience.
- Ability to be proactive and can assume full responsibility for module development activities.
- Experience producing effective test plans, test cases and executing test cases.
- Must have experience in testing SAP ECC or SAP S/4 retail (MM and SD) system and integration with PI/PO.
- Must have experience in testing IDOCs
- Must have experience in testing APIs, rest services and web services.
- Experience in test management tools and Metrics Reporting (Client ALM)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Software quality assurance (SQA) methodology as well as experience testing on Agile.
- Must have a strong focus on customer needs
- Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, and open to learning
- Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency
- Experience in successful project implementation
