Monday-Friday (standard 40-hour work week)
POSITION OVERVIEW : SCADA Scope Manager
Manage the execution of the SCADA Communication and SCADA Control Contracts during the execution phase. Be the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage an effective project team.
  • Ensure a strong HSE focus by demonstrating leadership in safety culture.
  • Manage technical framework for the tendering process. • Ensure stakeholder approval of SoW.
  • Manage the Contract in regard of time, cost, quality, risks, interfaces, stakeholders and documentation.
  • Identify and specify contract claims and variation orders
  • Issue of communication notes (CN).
  • Manage internal project change requests (CR), both execute and initiate.
  • Ensure compliance with DONG Energy processes, policies, systems and procedures and safety philosophy.
  • Ensure documentation of works and smooth transition to O&M and OFTO
TASKS
  • Secure development of proper project documentation.
  • Head project meetings and participate in cross-project meetings
  • Act as customer in relationship towards contractors/suppliers. Focus on execution and contract knowledge.
  • Review and approve relevant project deliverables.
  • Establish project framework and structures for SCADA Engineers.
  • Take responsibility for the joint SCADA supply.
  • Identify, analyse and manage project risks. Facilitate update with the project risk manager and implement response plans.
  • Plan reviews, inspections, campaigns, tests and other QA and HSE activities as required.
  • Monthly to report progress, time and cost to the SCADA PM.
  • Facilitate regular update with the project risk manager and implement response plans.
  • Align installation and commissioning activities between the SCADA Engineer and the SCADA Engineers Representative.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-organizational optimization and interface management for the project.
  • Proactively facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation within the project.
  • Plan and facilitate lessons learned seminars.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Input to decisions regarding time, cost, quality and staffing within a defined budget and time schedule.
  • Planning all project-relevant activities and implementing needed changes within the project's defined budget and time schedule.
  • Recommend project changes aligned with SCADA Engineer to the Electrical Project Manager.
  • In cooperation with the contract manager and according to the project Authorization Matrix, negotiate contracts, incl. variation orders & claims, and recommend changes to procurement/contract strategy as required to the Electrical Project Manager.
  • Delegate specific areas of responsibility and request actions and reporting from the team
  • Strong coordination communication skills as well as commercial understanding and awareness.
EDUCATION
  • Electrical Engineer MSc, BSc or other relevant Master’s degree.
  • Recommended 5-10 years of project experience in a matrix organization within the wind, oil & gas industry, civil structures and/or large construction
CONTRACT TERM
1 year with a possibility of extension
Starting February 2023
