We are currently seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our Team in the Pensacola, FL and surrounding area!

The Scheduling Specialist is the leader of the Scheduling stage and is responsible for the entire stage’s team members and performance. They help facilitate and effectively communicate all of the critical activities and associated communications with scheduling solar panel installations and other related duties.

Scope of work:

  • Oversee and support employees of the Scheduling stage.

  • Manage Salesforce CRM prioritization for providing prompt support and answers for customers and sales team members.

  • Manage and prioritize the install scheduling dashboard with an emphasis on reducing average days within the stage.

  • Manage regional calendar with scheduled installs, open availability, backup, and rescheduled installations.

  • Communicate effectively, process and procedures for a successful solar installation.

  • Provide daily updates on completed and unfinished installations to customers.

  • Make detailed notes on any unfinished installations in Salesforce CRM.

  • Diligently record any failed scheduling attempts.

  • Recommend solutions to existing Scheduling processes.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This position is responsible for supervising the members of the Install Scheduling Team.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of scheduling/dispatching experience

  • 2 years of customer service experience

  • 3 years of scheduling/dispatching or customer service experience, preferred

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish), preferred

  • Working knowledge of G-Suite, preferred
