We are seeking a nightly Scheduling Specialist that has strong initiative, excellent judgment, and the ability to work on projects independently...

• HOURS: Monday - Friday, 5:30PM - 9:30PM and every other Sunday 7AM - 3:30PM
• WAGE: $22 - $24 / hr
• FULLY REMOTE: Yes!! Work from home!! Ideal as a second job!!
• PAYDAY: every other Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position uses data and software, along with excellent judgment and discretion, to match the best suited caregiver with our elderly and disabled clients.

• Manage the creation and maintenance of client and caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and development of extraordinary relationships.
• Enter all shifts in our proprietary scheduling software, and update as needed.
• Negotiate availability and shift assignments with caregivers.
• Coach caregivers on a variety of issues including interpretation and administration of client care plans, company policies, procedures and new service inquiries.
• Utilize independent judgment to problem solve caregiver, client and staffing concerns.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, and on-boarding efforts as needed.
• Assist with office responsibilities, including filing personnel folders and answering phones.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in working at as a staffing coordinator at a home care agency or staffing agency
• Resilient and tenacious with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to influence and persuade others with confidence, integrity, and diplomacy.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment and discretion.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills; excellent listener.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in software applications, such as Word and Excel.
