Job description
- ER Rhodes & Son, Inc. is looking for a few people to drive school bus in Lewistown, Mifflin County.
- Applicant must agree to background checks as required by law. You must have a clean criminal history and child abuse history.
- All applicants must pass a pre-employment physical and obtain one every year thereafter.
- All applicants are required to get a pre-employment drug test and will be enrolled in a random drug testing program.
- Applicant must attend a paid training class to obtain a CDL with passenger, school bus and Air Brake endorsement. We pay for all training, at NO cost to you.
- Drive a bus Monday - Friday on a designated route and drop off students at school and home. Drivers work approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours in the morning and 1 1/2 - 2 hours in the afternoon.
- No nights or weekend are required.
- Extra work is available for those interested in driving activity trips and field trips in addition to your regular run.
- Follow School and ER Rhodes handbook.
- Drivers are able to claim unemployment during the summer months.
- Youa re able to take your yound children with you, on your bus run.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per day
