Your New Role:

The Screen Printing Production Associate is responsible for supporting the Business Manager with production duties such as multi-color printing, screen reclamation, custom ink mixing, equipment and shop maintenance, shipping and receiving, and other industry-related tasks. This position will not directly supervise youth interns, but will be expected to provide support and instruction to transitional youth interns and staff.

· Minimum two years technical screen printing expertise on manual equipment

· Proven experience in a dynamic, volume-oriented environment

· Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize effectively

· Knowledgeable in plastisol and some water-base printing

· Experience and knowledge of ink additives and specialty prints

· Experience with screen reclamation and coating processes

· Knowledge of printing on various styles of apparel and materials

· Proven experience working independently to manage production schedule and deadlines while producing consistent, quality prints

· Must be eager and willing to contribute to an environment of equity and empathy
