Fasetto is a growing software company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, comprised of a dedicated group of unique and fun individuals focused on establishing a new standard of device communication and collaboration.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team! We want a candidate that possesses passion for pushing networking technologies to the limits. You will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation in networking and connectivity technology.

*Must be good with non-standard work hours as we have a team in another country and time zone. There will be late night and early morning meetings, at least for a time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sprints, runs meetings, and keeps team on task
• Manage project’s scope and timeline
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Leverages Jira and Confluence to elicit and define business and technical requirements, track requirements, prioritize features, curate content, sequence deliverables into sprints, and report progress
• Responsible for maintenance and tracking of sprint backlog and prioritization
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Conflict resolution: Must be able to facilitate discussion at the team level and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

YOU MUST HAVE

• Advanced level Jira experience
• Need some knowledge of Bit bucket
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role

• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
• Management experience
• Past developer or testing or requirement analysis experience
• Scrum master certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
