• You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study and five or more years of project management experience
• You have project management experience in data delivery leading successful business and/or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment including user adoption and change management, such as:
• Data Management: Data Governance & Quality, Master Data Management, Lineage & Metadata Management, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Data Insights & Analytics
• Data Platform Delivery: Cloud Data Platform (Azure, AWS), Data Warehousing, Ingestion & Curation, Data Integration, Multi-Channel Data Consumption. Self-Service
• Data Strategy & Transformation: Change Management, Organizational Design, Operating Model, Product Mode, Center of Excellence
• You have a foundational understanding and/or are skilled in Agile (e.g. SAFe, Scrum & Kanban) and Product Mode Delivery
• You’ve partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change
• You’ve had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work
• You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders
• When developing and executing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints with a continuous improvement mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
