Since its founding in 2017, Prometheum has leveraged its deep expertise in securities law, blockchain and trading to create a compliant ecosystem for digital asset securities that enables all investors to seamlessly invest in digital assets securities. Prometheum has relied on its strong diverse team to build the tools to service digital asset securities. To date, Prometheum has built multiple broker-dealers traversing novel areas and a large technology stack (intersecting trading, blockchain, compliance, etc.). Role: -

Scrum Master - Full Time W2

Location: -
Remote, USA.

Salary: -
$100,000 - $130,000

Responsibilities: -

• As a Scrum Master, you'll act as a servant leader for your team(s) by facilitating clear communication to management and to the team.

• The Scrum Master drives Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement.

• The Scrum Master is responsible for removing impediments that hinder the team from reaching their goals and has a flexible approach that enables the team to rapidly respond to changes.

• Work with Product Managers to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information.

• Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.

• Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events.

• Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team

• Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the team(s) you coach.

• Appreciate the depths of Lean and Agile practices and principles.

• Planning and coordinating activities for multiple projects utilizing Agile methodologies

• Managing/overseeing multiple simultaneous assigned projects with distributed teams.

• Prioritizing new projects and coordinating work with new project teams.

• Ensuring appropriate project documentation and deliverables are clearly defined and delivered.

• Tracking, updating, and communicating project status in a proactive manner as it relates to project progress, resource utilization, change requests, issues, risks, and risk mitigation plans

Qualifications: -

• Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application.

• Ability to coach and mentor

• Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels.

• Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies

• Ability to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local problems

• 3 or more years experience using Jira and related Atlassian tools preferably with a significant amount of time administering and managing Jira changes, configurations and team-led requirements

• Three or more years of experience developing and/or managing development team(s).

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

• Agile methodology experience; preferably SAFe and/or Scrum
