Scrum Master (SENIOR)
Location: St Paul, MN (Remote)
Experience: 15 Years
Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

• Master’s degree or equivalent years of experience with proficiency in Agile tools ( Hands-on experience with JIRA or Confluence (alternatively: Rally, VersionOne, etc.).
• Minimum of 15 Years of Experience as Project Manager managing multiple projects of which atleast two projects following Agile methodology
• Certified Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner ( SAFe Certified)
• Experience in delivering Projects in Agile methodology
• Ability to utilize agile methods in a flexible manner that often includes traditional project management which can include hard deadlines/fixed dates at times
• Understand the various agile frameworks, events and artifacts (i.e. scrum, Kanban), where they are fit for purpose and how to implement/apply with new and existing teams
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams
• Experience identifying and acquiring talent needs; and resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations
• Retail Experience with experience in delivering E commerce or Omnichannel projects preferred
• Should Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which he can build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization
• Willing to continuously improve and encourage an agile way of working
• Should understand fundamentals of DevOps

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with team members to establish timelines for project stages called “sprints”
• Ensure their team has the resources needed to complete tasks
• Remove obstacles that could slow down a timeline
• Schedule and attend a variety of meetings
• Ensure the team follows best scrum practices throughout a project
• Hold meetings after sprints to review progress and setbacks
• Encourage a positive working environment for all team members
