Sales Development Representative (SDR) Enablement Manager

Role Responsibilities

  • SDR Enablement and Learning Program Development: Manage SDR enablement by updating, crafting, and delivering global training programs that help address core proficiencies in prospecting and lead follow-up. This role will be responsible for delivering ongoing training and role-playing scenarios.
  • New SDR Onboarding: Establish and execute effective SDR onboarding programs that quickly ramps SDR’s of all levels to make an effective impact on revenue growth in close partnership with SDR leadership.
  • Develop, Implement and Measure SDR Programs and Impact: Measure and report on business impact and success metrics of enablement programs delivered aligned with sales goals.
  • Enablement Materials: Review and identify opportunities for improvement of the SDR facing content and its effectiveness focused on ideal customer profile and qualification criteria working cross-functionally with subject matter experts.
  • AE Readiness Programs: Define a SDR to Account Executive (AE) readiness program working closely with sales leadership to help tenured and successful SDRs grow into an AE role.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to lead internal enablement events virtually and occasionally in-person across the sales and technical organizations.
  • Ability to analyze outcomes and utilize data insights to drive decision-making around enablement go-lives and content
  • 2+ years relevant experience in SDR/Sales Enablement, Sales Learning, or Product/Portfolio Marketing
  • Software company experience; cybersecurity experience preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual capabilities across multiple communication channels (in English)
  • Demonstrated experience in building SDR enablement and learning content and ability to take technical concepts and communicate them to various sales roles
  • Persuasive evangelist that instills confidence that Secureworks technology and approach are the best for the customer and therefore the company
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills – polished communication and presentation skills with an ability to interact with Senior Executives
  • Strong stakeholder management and diplomacy skills – must be able to build and nurture trusting relationships, seek out feedback and manage expectations
