Job description

Seasonal Credentials Staff will prepare, distribute and scan credentials at points of entry for various events at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

Events may include:

• BNP Paribas Open
• USA Pickleball National Championships
• Indian Wells Arts Festival

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input data into Credential program to create and print credential. *
• Upload Meal Allowance to managing website. *
• Integrate bar code to RFID. *
• Upload photos from external sources. *
• Scan credentials at all scanning locations. *
• Other Duties may be assigned as needed.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents and be familiar with the alphabet. Ability to speak effectively when working with guests and coworkers.

• Must be able to read and understand English.

Math Ability:
Ability to apply basic concepts of math.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, you must be comfortable working on the computer and using other handheld computer devices.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is a plus, but not required.

Education / Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Required.
• Current or prior experience in customer service a plus.

Credential program training provided.

Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities

• Strong customer service communication skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred, not required.

The position entitles flexible working hours based on events and will include nights, weekends and major holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
