ICE RINK EVENTS IS HIRING FOR THE WINTER AT THE POND AT SOUTHLANDS

Rink Open: November 11, 2022 - February 26, 2023

We're looking for outgoing and enthusiastic people with big smiles. Providing excellent customer service and a positive experience for all is our number one priority.

Skate Monitors

● Outgoing, customer service-oriented personality

● Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, twist and lift on a daily basis

● Basic ice skating skills required (figure skating or hockey)

● Willingness to help out in all areas of operation

● Knowledge of basic first aid a plus

● Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Cashiers

● Outgoing, customer service-oriented personality

● Previous cashier experience preferred, preferably on a touch screen POS system

● Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, twist and lift on a daily basis

● Ability to process all cash and credit card transactions quickly and efficiently in a high-volume setting

● Willingness to help out in all areas of operation

● Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Skate Rental Associate

● Outgoing, customer service-oriented personality

● Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, twist and lift on a daily basis

● Ability to learn the operation of the skate rental operation quickly and communicate it to guests effectively.

● Willingness to help out in all areas of operation.

● Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

**Please note that all position types must be willing/able to work all hours of rink operations. These include evenings, weekends, and holidays.**
