About the Role

We are looking for talented, dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Customer Experience and Operations Team for the holidays, to efficiently assist with day to day operations of the business. We are a small but rapidly growing business who believes in promoting and developing people from within. This is the perfect role for someone who is open to learning and doing a variety of customer experience related tasks.

This role is based in Chicago, IL and you could be expected to be in office for your shifts. Shifts will run from 10/24/22- 1/27/23 and could include evenings/weekends.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide an exceptional customer experience across a variety of customer inquiry channels (chat, email, phone, text, social)

Support leadership in trend identification of customer problems

Support customers through all phases of the buying process (inquiry, purchase, delivery, returns)

Work closely with the Operations Team on Address Verifications/Return to Senders

Proactively improve systems to increase customer satisfaction

Develop robust knowledge of our product catalog

Be a positive, collaborative team player who supports other team members

Be prompt with responding to customers

Empathic and self-directed problem solver


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills

One to two years of customer service experience

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to quickly learn new technology systems

Comfortable working at a fast paced startup environment where change is frequent
