Fleetwood has openings in our Furniture division on day shift and night shift this summer! We will consider applicants who want to work day shift (6am-4:30pm) or on either one of our night shifts (4:45pm-3:15am or 7:30pm-6:00am) full-time or part-time during the summer. We work Monday through Friday with occasional half-days on Saturdays and are able to offer full-time or part-time opportunities that are flexible depending on your needs and other commitments. We double in size during the summer so we are always looking for people interested in working May - September!

Candidates interested in working night shift would also receive a $1.25 per hour premium on top of the hourly wage, and all summer workers will be eligible for an end of season bonus dependent on how many hours you work for us during the summer!

No experience is needed, all necessary training will be provided to you. You can work individually or with small teams. Responsibilities can include fabrication of metal and wood materials, product inspection and cleaning, and product assembly.

Essential Functions:

· Demonstrates clear communication, both verbal and written, with peers and managers.

· Self-motivated needing minimal supervision and has a good attendance record.

· Physically able to perform rigorous daily activities and heavy lifting as needed.

· Able to perform visual quality inspections

· Is organized, does accurate work, and is attentive to details.
