Analyze and process cancellation and billing requests according to established procedures.
- Analyze cancellation and billing requests
- Obtains all required supporting documents
- Review documents and process cancellation and billing requests
- Communicates with clients, mortgagee and insurance companies
- Prepares check requests
- Process cancellation notices
- Process billing request for all types of business
Al least two (2) years of experience in customer service.
