We are looking for Production Associates to add to our growing team.

Our Godfrey plant is comprised of nine different production and packaging lines. Products manufactured include rubber edging, boarders, swing mats and pavers as well as a variety of soil and fertilizer products.

Duties May Include:

· Stack finished products on pallets

· Staple label to finished products

· Carry large buckets of rubber from mixers to production presses

· Spread rubber into molds

· Assemble boxes for finished goods

LOOKING FOR EXTRA PAY??- WORK ON AVERAGE 55 HOURS A WEEK:

Pay Structure: Potential to earn over $1000 weekly

Base Pay Rate- $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Overtime Pay on Friday/Saturdays

Work entire weekly schedule earn additional $1.00 per hour for attendance

Up to an additional $4.00 per hour in weekly production bonuses

Plus $1200 Sign On Bonus

Shifts Available:

Schedule: Average hours 50-60 per week

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday and Every other Saturday 4:00pm-1:00am

Production Associate Qualifications:

· 18 years or older

· 1-2 years’ experience working in an industrial operations environment, preferred.

· Strong willingness to work hard, reliable, attentive and attention to detail.

· Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs., required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
