This role is on-site, with a start time TBD between 5-7 am daily.

This position currently reports to the Disneyland East Manager.
You would be responsible for keeping the day-to-day workings of your office humming. Of course there are going to be memos, expense reports and spreadsheets, but this job is very much about people, about forming relationships with your leaders and partnerships with your co-workers. On any given day you might:
Review your leader’s schedule so you understand the day’s priorities
Think ahead about little things that can turn into big problems, like building in time to get to/from meetings at our sprawling offices
Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and Zoom calls
Be ready to throw the entire schedule out the door when an emergency comes up, then pick it up again when the dust settles
Use teamwork to do the job better, faster, smarter
Collaborate on projects by conducting research, writing and fact-checking
Coordinate daily administrative duties for management and hourly craft, including meetings, medical surveillance testing, assistance with training activities, and running weekly reports
Provide backup clerical support as needed for four other reliability teams within the DL and DCA Engineering Services Directorates
Plan and execute Reward and Recognition events
Keep and maintain records of onboarding/moves/separations of Cast Members
Process benefit paperwork (vacations, sick time, jury duty, etc.)
Here’s what you will need to be successful in the role:
At least 2 years in an administrative or support role and/or equivalent experience
Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including clean grammar
Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
Strong proficiency with computers, phones and office equipment
A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected
Confidence to learn new programs such as SAP, Sharepoint and Concur
Reliability handling confidential information
Desire to truly be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go the extra mile without being asked, to build solid inter and intra-team relationships
Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A positive outlook and a can-do attitude
The ability to set and manage multiple priorities and make independent on-the-spot decisions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department
It would be a plus if you also had these skills:
Good knowledge of Outlook, SAP, MS Teams
Experience working in a large public company
