Immediate need for Full Time COMMISSIONED FIELD SUPERVISORS for locations in HOUSTON, TX!!!!

Salary: Starting at $35,600/ year

Shift(s): All Shifts available; Full-time & Part-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize company vehicle to conduct daily visits to all locations assigned
• Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance
• Respond to emails and assist with scheduling
• Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff
• Assist with complaints from clients
• Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities
• Respond immediately to open shifts. Able to work extended hours when needed
• Treating the traveling public in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• Communicating by radio to Staff, Clients, and Client employees
• Maintaining constant vigilance for security and safety protocols

Job Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years experience as a Supervisor in security, law enforcement, military, or related field
• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Must have a physical copy
• Must posses valid Level III license and Guard Card
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have clean driving record
• Must have customer service experience dealing with customers and clients
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
