RDTS is seeking a Security Manager to support the U.S. Dept of State’s (DOS) Global Information Technology Modernization (GITM) office warehouse program in Lorton, VA. High-level objectives of this program include Operating and managing the day-to-day functions of warehouses consisting of Receiving, Storing, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and entering data related to each operation; Assisting with the analysis and work involved with the consolidation of warehouses and internal space including efforts to standardize different warehouses with the most efficient and cost beneficial layouts, equipment, processes, and logistic software; and Purchase and analytics support.

Specific duties include, but not limited to:

• Coordinates, implements, and ensures that proper Industrial Security procedures are followed in accordance with the NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives DoS, DoD and other applicable government sponsor regulations.
• Assist and maintain site security certification for the building(s).
• Creates and maintains Security Plans (SP), Information System Profile, and other security related documents.
• Provides security engineering and integration services.
• Supports a wide range of security issues including architectures, TEMPEST, electronic data traffic, and security access.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen;
• Active DOD Security Clearance;
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent security experience;
• Four (4) years of verifiable security experience.
