Cervello Global Corporation dba Cervello Technologies is looking for a Security Operations Specialist to provide supports to the USMC Operational Forces, Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) establishment organizations, and encompasses disciplines of Information Environment (IE) capabilities development and integration. Further, contracted services will include: signature management, IE analysis, Operations Security (OPSEC), Military Deception (MILDEC), Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Publicly Available Information (PAI), program management, and intelligence technical support functions. JOB DUTIES / EXPERTISE:

• Provide eight (8) hours of desk service per day, Monday through Friday with one (1) person on-site during core hours.
• Administrate the daily operations of the US GOVERNMENT Access Control Desk.
• Monitor local alarm systems and CCTV for the US GOVERNMENT.
• Provide entry/exit access control; including lobby-level reception, personnel badge issuance, and tracking of ingress of all government, contractor, industry, and visiting personnel within the US GOVERNMENT.
• Assist with escorting of security professionals who visit the facility to preform security related tasks.
• Properly read and vet information-clearances.
• Process incoming and outgoing Visitor Authorization Requests and Permanent certifications within 2 business days of receipt.
• Receive, answer, and transfer official telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Assist in the issuance/receipt and accountability of security equipment.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring the US GOVERNMENT visitor logs and duty rosters.
• Assist in enforcing personnel compliance with local security procedures and guidelines.
• Immediately report all possible security violations and/or incidents to the Special Security Office.
• Accurately receive and report emergency calls, includes: bomb threats, casualty reports, and/or Red Cross messages.
• Man security desk until relieved by the US GOVERNMENT Duty.
