SafeTouch Security is a residential and small commercial alarm and video surveillance company located in Jacksonville, Florida. We are an established company that is continuing to grow. We have been serving the community for over 30 years. We’re looking for motivated people looking to be part of a successful team.
Residential and Commercial Install Technician:
- Design layout and implement fire and burglary systems following SafeTouch guidelines, to best suit our customers needs.
- Test and verify alarm signals with out local monitoring station.
- Train and inform customers on the functionality and operating procedures for everyday use of their new SafeTouch system.
Residential and Commercial Service Technician:
- Assist customers in making changes or additions to their existing SafeTouch system.
- Test, repair, or replace any item covered under SafeTouch’s warranty guidelines.
- Make changes to access codes and entry/exit procedures, to meet our customer’s needs and concerns.
Company vehicle is provided for all Technicians that they are allowed to drive home after the end of each shift. Shifts are M-F and occasional Saturdays.
