Experienced Accountant Needed for our growing firm. Full Time Permanent Position.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is an immediate, full-time, permanent position. Candidates will interact with clients and must possess strong communication skills.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this individual will be a multitude of tasks including:

• Preparation of individual and business tax returns.
• Preparing business year ends, adjusting journal entries, tax planning. Monthly and quarterly updates to interim financials for multiple clients in different industries.

Compensation packages are based on experience, bonuses, paid time off, additional compensation. We provide flexible schedules and a great working environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in public accounting
• Able to prepare business or individual tax returns
• Understanding of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strict attention to detail, highly organized and efficient, be able to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

In office -40 hour work week, additional hours during tax season is required. Flexible.
