Role: Senior Administrative Assistant
This role will be responsible for providing administrative support for a group of executive leaders: SVP, Business Operations, Chief Academic Officer, Head of Content and 1-2 VPs (Marketing).
The successful candidate will provide analytical and specialized administrative support for daily business needs and advanced administrative duties. The work is often of a critical or confidential nature. The ability to support the executives with both a high degree of initiative in anticipating needs and quickly resolving problems is essential. In addition to the management of daily calendar, travel, and expense reports, this individual will:
Responsibilities:
  • Consistently work on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Make recommendations for new procedures.
  • Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations.
  • Closely monitor all incoming information to quickly understand presenting issues. Provide rapid triage and referral of matters to appropriate parties across a global organization for action and follow-up to ensure proper disposition.
  • Prepare agendas and correspondence for staff/business meetings and maintain records and files of current and past projects, operations, and decisions.
  • Gather, assemble, and analyze information and data from a wide variety of sources.
  • Work with and manage information of a confidential nature requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of administrative experience in a publicly-traded organization.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of supporting senior-level executives.
  • High level of business acumen and critical thinking.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience handling and maintaining confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  • Strong computer systems experience including expert level in all Microsoft office products.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or experience.
The pay range for this position is $26.02 to $64.43. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
