IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst in Huntsville, AL
Job Responsibilities:

• Provide overall insight and strategies for all facets of Army program initiatives to include utilizing lessons learned for future projects.
• Develop communications work products with little guidance and be able to anticipate and articulate commander’s intent without full clarity in advance
• Provide long range planning, concept formulation, technology generation, and transition, to include International Cooperative Activities, directing, scheduling, establishing priorities, and monitoring expenditures on all aspects of Army Aviation programs.
• Assist in the development of briefings and marketing material capturing the intent of the customer mission and strategy. This also includes developing text for publications.
• Coordinate with the Army Aviation Project Office’s in regard to strategy implementation and technology advancements as they pertain to overall mission.
• Arrange for support of programs or technology by other internal and external organizations, managing controversial issues, and developing policy.
• Extensive, continuing contacts with outside organizations including sponsors, and government contracting officers, universities, international agencies, or private industry.
• Establish program plans to include milestones, entrance and exit criteria, managing cost, schedule and performance.
• Support/develop/maintain recurring technical documents and briefings as required.
• Assist in the formation of long- and short-range strategic goals, plans, and programs.
• In supporting Army Aviation, candidates should be highly motivated, a self-starter and be able to handle multiple tasks.

Education and General experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least fifteen (15) years of professional experience is required. At least five (5) years’ experience in DoD Program Management is preferred with strong program/industry experience included. Candidates should also have the following:
• Be cognizant of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents; and of the major issues, program goals and objectives, and work processes of the organizations supported, as well as relationships with other programs within DA
• Knowledge of Army Aviation platforms and their systems, subsystems and components
• Provides evidence of possessing organization skills
• Ability to work effectively with others, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to understand information in Government contracts
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work several high-priority tasks simultaneously

Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance or have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
