Senior Backend Engineer

Fully Remote | Full-Time

Initial 3 Month contract with potential for extension

Located in the heart of Orange County, CA just steps from UC Irvine, our client is a business incubator that partners with other small businesses to help them launch their products, as well as grow and reinforce their businesses.

We're looking for a Sr. Backend Engineer to play a pivotal role in the architecture and programming of our interactive applications and backend systems that support our web and mobile projects.

We’re looking for someone who is a creative problem solver, can think out-of-the-box and thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment.

Tech Stack includes, but is not limited to:

Technologies: .NET Core

Programming Languages: Server-side (C#), Mobile ( C#, Java, Objective C)

Databases: PostgreSQL

Clouds: AWS (Lambda, S3, Cloudfront, ElastiCache - Redis, EC2, etc.)

What you'll need to succeed:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer
• SaaS industry experience
• Experience working in the cloud (AWS)
• Strong internal communication skills
• Thought leader to recommend new ideas & quick on their feet
