Overview:

The Commercial Treasury Conversion team is responsible for enabling the bank's Commercial Treasury platform conversion. You will be part of an agile team that will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable ETL and reporting processes with the best possible performance, and quality.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Work with solution team owners and subject matter experts to develop and document business requirements, system use cases, functional, non-functional, and operational requirements
• Elicit and capture business and technical requirements in an Agile software development environment
• Facilitate discussions with team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories and assist with operational transition, training, knowledge transfer and SOP documentation
• Partner closely with our architecture and development teams, project managers, and managing work using Agile Scrum and Kanban boards

The successful candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of recent experience as a business/data analyst
• Experience writing SQL queries, profiling/analyzing data using SQL Developer or SQL Management Studio, designing ETL processes and reports
• Experience writing technical requirements for solutions using an agile software development process
• Ability to provide robust documentation and interacting with multi-disciplined teams, architects, infrastructure, software development, testing, operations, and support
• Prior experience with creation and execution of test plans, data mapping and transformation requirements documentation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; a team player who works well with functional and technical resources; aptitude for taking strategic direction from executive management and see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
