Job description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for supporting client's customer data management processes and tasks. This role is responsible for assessing and improving the quality of a pharmaceutical client's customer data.

Responsibilities:

• Using a combination of Client's data and tools, a DG&S Analyst works with client's data within their systems (MDM, CRM, etc.) and/or spreadsheets to review and verify data.
• The DG&S Analyst works closely with the client on both Data Stewardship and Data Governance engagements.
• Tasks include but are not limited to the development and documentation of business processes related to data management.
• The DG&S Analyst is responsible for providing on-going feedback to both Client's management and client peers of data issues and areas that require special attention or escalation.
• The DG&S Analyst will also be responsible for the collection and possibly the reporting out to the client on a predefined schedule all metrics and SLA performance.

Requirements:

• Experience with Client's data and/or medical information (desired).
• Fundamental understanding of relational databases, MDM, Informatica, CRM technologies (desired).
• Detail oriented, good data entry, research, and analytical skills.
• Analytics and Reporting experience (desired).
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communications.
• Eagerness to learn, follow directions, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, and Word.
• SQL experience desired but not necessary.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
