We are looking for a Senior Director, People Operations at Aperia to own the development of our People function to support our rapidly growing organization. Our organization is comprised of 600+ team members across 4 continents. You'll bring vision and experience to cultivate a high-performance international culture while acting as a partner to functional management, providing guidance and strategic execution for leadership development, training, engagement, organizational change, and performance management. We are looking for someone with experience aligning international teams and who can scale our programs to keep up with our rapid growth while staying true to our core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and administer training programs throughout the organization
- Develop programs to support domestic and international hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, leadership development, continuing education, and employee engagement
- Serve as an advisor and partner to the executive team to continually improve our employees' experiences
- Centralize employee communication for consistency throughout the organization
- Identify, track, and improve metrics identifying the health and development of our teams
- Cascade values throughout the org worldwide, fostering a culture of candor, open communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Scale our management and leadership training programs to ensure our team is led by managers who have the skills and experience to develop their teams
- Manage our online presence for employee branding on social platforms, our company site, and internal tools
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 6 – 8 year’s experience in People Operations and HR across growing organizations
- You have a particular strength in supporting rapidly scaling, performance-based cultures
- You have a framework for how companies turn good teams into great teams and can refine and extend that model at Aperia
- You've recruited and managed a high-performance People team but are happy to roll up your sleeves and be a hands-on contributor to start
- Experience effectively fostering a diverse and inclusive international culture
- You're an expert at synthesizing and crafting compelling employee value propositions and ensuring they are lived on a daily basis
- You bring effective collaboration from the tactical to strategic, capable of leading major initiatives or offering support and consultation
- BA or BS Degree preferred
