Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a PE Backed healthcare organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager (title is dependent on experience) to join their growing team. This position will support revenue operations.

- The Opportunity: Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Financial Analyst will play a key role in building out the finance infrastructure to scale the company.
- The Position: The Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager will oversee the accrual and analysis of the company’s revenue; and will create and maintain the company’s revenue models, cash forecasts, accounts receivable aging and various revenue and cash reports to provide insight to the Leadership Team and the Revenue Cycle team.
The Financial Analyst’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Produce accurate and effective analytics and create analytical models for decision support.
- Assist in the development and execution of the annual operating revenue budget
- Update, maintain, and optimize financial models for cash flow forecasts, revenue recognition, and Accounts Receivable Aging.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting and Revenue Cycle metric tracking
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends to budget and past performance to better help Management understand areas of financial risk and opportunity as it relates to top line revenue
- Execute best practice enhancements to improve modeling, reporting, forecasting and budgeting outputs by leveraging existing functionality within Adaptive Insights and Increase productivity by developing automated reporting tools
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
- 4-6+ years of relevant experience
- Financial modeling skills are required
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
- Prior experience with Adaptive Insights, BI tools, Tableau, PowerBI is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and desire to learn
