Senior Fiscal Intermediary Specialist
$1,000.00 Sign on Bonus*
(Full time 30-40 hours)
As an FI team member the Senior Fiscal Intermediary Specialist is responsible for assisting the Assistant Director with all aspects of Self-Directed Services provision, including:
- Reviewing paperwork.
- Communicating with individuals and their families, care coordinators, other circle of support members, brokers and vendors.
- Coordinating with Business Services, Human Resources, and the Data and Planning Officer to develop and implement detailed tracking systems, such as real-time dashboards, to aid in budget management, program expansion and attainment of maximum service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree with at least 6 months experience in Human Services field or one-year office or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in computer software use including Microsoft Office and agency software programs.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and organizational skills, and a clean, valid, driver's license.
