Job description

The Senior Housing Director position offers a day schedule of 32-40 hours per week managing Country Place in Pierz and Eagle Court in Randall; both are independent living apartments for ages 62+.

The Senior Housing Director is responsible for managing the daily operations of the sites in order to provide a fiscally sound, well-maintained, and socially healthy apartment communities along with determining income eligibility and following state and federal guidelines.

Management experience required. Housing management/HUD experience is preferred.
