The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR Business Partner support to the Special Operation Forces Global Logistics Support Services (SOF GLSS) Finance and Business Operations and Aviation Mission Area (Program Management Office) with the potential of supporting additional small functions. The role is accountable for all components of HR including but not limited to human capital management, performance management, talent management, workforce planning (recruitment, retention, and development), staffing, learning and development, career counseling, compensation and reward/retention strategies, and all other HR functional disciplines.
The successful candidate will have the ability to gain the trust and respect of management and employees while pursuing positive organizational goals and objectives. The position will drive a partnership between HR and the business to foster a positive and fulfilling work environment. Also, position will be responsible for advising management on application and administration of various company policies. It requires a self-starter who is capable of defining and analyzing issues and developing solutions related to employees, processes, systems and organizations. The position will also interface regularly with HR staff at other Lockheed Martin locations.
The role requires an interim Security clearance prior to starting however we will consider candidates for interviews with the ability to obtain a clearance.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills while interfacing with various levels of leadership. Performs more than one Human Resources function, such as employment, human resources management, benefits, compensation, training/development, for an assigned organization.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent discipline
- Demonstrated sound Human Resources acumen in HRBP role and/or HR COE role
- Strong presentation and PowerPoint knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship is required
- Track record of successful performance in relevant assignments
- Ability to multi-task with a high degree of versatility and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Ability to prioritize and produce superior results under deadline pressure
