Role Overview
The CodePath revenue team is looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Success, who will drive success for CodePath’s major corporate partners. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships, the Senior Manager will play a crucial role in helping the team keep our promises to our partners and steward successful relationship growth through engagement with CodePath. This person will cultivate, manage and expand multiple revenue streams and relationships over time, including CodePath’s major employer-facing initiatives such as pre-internships, hiring summits, and other employer-facing programs and services. Even though your role is revenue-focused, everything you do will be governed through the lens of what’s in the best interest of our students and how your actions align with our core values, mission, and vision.
About the job
The Senior Manager, Partner Success will manage a portfolio of partners focused on CodePath’s most significant and strategic accounts. You will work both internally and externally to coordinate information and resources to help each partner make the most of their partnership with CodePath. Building on this work, the Senior Manager will also help inform strategies and best practices for corporate partner management across the revenue team and CodePath as a whole.
The successful candidate will have experience managing stakeholders, clients, and/or account management, and developing strong internal cross-functional relationships. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are driven by collaboration and continuous improvement. You’re comfortable communicating with a wide variety of audiences of varying seniority - from volunteer program managers to high level executives. Responsibilities
Work directly with a portfolio of 10-15 companies, generally at the 100k+ funding level and above, to help them maximize the impact of their partnership with CodePath, streamlining internal resources and presenting information to partners in an easily-digestible format
Serve as the main point of contact for inbound communication from assigned partner companies
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a streamlined partner sponsorship activation experience (partnership benefits include everything from hiring benefits to volunteer activations to social media mentions), advocating for partner needs and building efficiencies internally
Own program management for assigned portfolio, tracking key dates and driving progress on renewal action items
Leverage existing data and tools to skillfully manage asks for increased support during renewal cycles
Create succinct, compelling written materials, such as internal briefing documents or partner-facing materials such as concept notes, proposals, and reports
Become a content expert on CodePath programs, acting as the informational bridge between internal teams and your portfolio partners
Serve as an internal advocate for partner objectives and strategic partnerships
Manage and expand relationships with new corporate partners and industry groups
Assist with developing the new business onboarding coming into the company working alongside program teams. Organize and create effective tools to support development activities including collateral, presentations, demos, case studies, and on-line tools that represent the success of existing partners to new prospects.
Create and manage a corporate partner identification and onboarding process. Roll-out this approach with modifications to partners and programs as needed.

Qualifications
At least 4-6 years of professional experience, with 3 years of applicable experience focused on stakeholder management, which may include experience in the nonprofit development, employee volunteerism, social impact, CSR, sales, customer care, or account management sectors
Proactive working style - identifies growth areas quickly and proposes solutions
Embrace challenges and adopt new responsibilities with creativity, initiative, and self-direction
Have coordination and project management skills, including tools to work with a distributed/remote team
Demonstrate comfort with adjusting work to evolving priorities in a dynamic work environment
Ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects with both internal and external teams
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
Proficiency in or strong interest to learn CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce) and comfort utilizing as part of your daily work
Tech nonprofit or startup experience is a plus
