How You Will Contribute:
Reporting to the Director, Field Service Project Management, as a Senior Manager, Field Service Project Management, you will be accountable for the successful implementation of EF&I projects, with high complexity migrations and extensive project teams off legacy optical equipment within a customer network.
  • You will identify project management requirements and participate in the selection process to establish a project management team that will ensure timely and effective execution of project.
  • You will partner with internal and external customers to translate requirements into structured and executable tasks and milestones and facilitate communication amongst stakeholders in support of project execution.
  • You will be accountable for developing and coordinating carefully designed and approved action plans to successfully complete E,F & I projects and will document and communicate project status, obstacles and resolutions to management.
  • You will act as the primary point person for all aspects of the project, ensuring timely customer contact relative to project activity as well as with project stakeholders regarding project status and milestones. .
  • You will mentor, train and develop entry-level Project Managers.
  • You will participate in, or lead, process improvement initiatives.

The Must Haves:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field with proven and extensive experience in organizational leadership skills running a Services organization spanning local North American and Latin America countries in the technology sector.
  • PMP certified.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
