Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Web/E-Commerce is responsible for improving website performance and traffic through various eCommerce strategies for Becker.com. This is a highly collaborative impact role; this individual will work closely with Colibri Group’s IT team. They will identify and utilize tactics to improve customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements & Major Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company eCommerce strategies to improve website performance
- Improve customer metrics performance and customer satisfaction by monitor performance checklist
- Improve eCommerce traffic, AOV and conversion
- Conduct CXO program including user testing, competitive analytics, A/B testing, CRO and other qualitative research
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing page development
- Lead team accountable for content maintenance of Becker.com as well as secondary web properties and landing pages
- Oversee web designs in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, business, sales, IT) to ensure best practices
- Manage SEO implementations that drive traffic goals and performance
- Lead management of web enhancements requests, working closely with IT
- Collaborate with internal IT team/BA to create JIRA tickets and perform final UAT
- Identify and implement website optimization opportunities to improve usability, e-commerce enhancements, ADA compliance and search ability
- Serve as a resource for CMS-related content edits and updates
- Communicate website and user experience insights with leadership on a weekly and ad-hoc basis
- Create efficient processes and demonstrates effective project management
- Evangelize user experience and conversion rate optimization throughout the organization
- Proactively provide insights and recommendations to brand marketing teams
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and E-commerce management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent preferred; MBA is a plus
- Strong digital analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, Coremetrics) and metric skills required
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems
- Drupal, Salesforce, and Eloqua experience preferred
