What We’re Looking For
The Senior Marketing Manager provides client and brand team leadership, develops mid-senior level client relationships, and is regarded as a highly trusted advisor. They are a driver of client satisfaction, revenue growth and business profitability, while also demonstrating potential to be a good strategist and storyteller. With input from internal stakeholders, this person helps to set the direction for the account and sells it to the client. The Senior Marketing Manager serves as an internal bridge between the day-to-day execution of projects and the bigger picture, longer term strategic vision of the account.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Arnold, you will find that no two days are alike. Every day something new and exciting comes up, including the following:
- Demonstrating a full understanding of the client’s business and maintaining current industry knowledge
- Contributing to industry leading thought leadership by driving innovation
- Developing and sustaining strong client relationships with mid-senior level clients
- Understanding and anticipating the client’s business needs; providing insight beyond current project(s)
- Effectively leading working client meetings and presentations to mid-senior level clients
- Partnering with team to deliver projects/initiatives on time and on budget
- Proactively managing client expectations by communicating project and profit risks to team and client
- Managing cross-functional team with limited support, by establishing direction and providing information required for successful delivery
- Understanding and monitoring account financials to help meet or exceed profit margin targets
- Continuing to develop formal and informal presentation skills
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4+ years of applicable marketing or agency experience
- Stellar written and oral communication skills
- Ability to keep composure and lead in high stress situations
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building, with strong problem-solving abilities
