Role Summary
Spend your workday analyzing e-commerce data to help determine which stores provide the best customer experience!

TELUS International is looking for a full-time work-from-home Senior Shopper to shop at a wide variety of online retailers and collect a range of detailed data about every aspect of the experience - from buying products, to efficiently analyzing data and delivering data quality .

Project Related Tasks

• Ownership, management, and error free task completion for various assigned projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Assist in conducting internal project reviews and quarterly audits within the program.
• Perform quantitative analysis and written data summaries for assigned projects
• Provide ongoing support and training to project team members to ensure the tasks meet the established quality and client requirements.
• Analyze current processes and recommend/implement process improvement ideas to improve data quality and efficiency for assigned projects
• Proactive communication of any issues to management and the client
• Lead project training and new shopper training as necessary
• Maintain comprehensive and updated documentation on assigned projects
• Perform assigned periodic or sporadic tasks related to online data collection
• Management and participation in vetting/data collection as needed
• Lead weekly reconciliation of financial tasks and monthly project reconciliation
• Generate, receive and maintain confidential and sensitive information and reports
• Attend and participate in weekly team meeting/bi-weekly senior shopper meeting
• Attend and participate in any occasional ad hoc meetings/training, as necessary
• Active participation in team building sessions
• Manage emails in multiple accounts
• Complete one-off projects and duties as assigned by PM/APM

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• High level of organization, time management skills, and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task among multiple projects
• 1+ years of experience with start-to-end project management
• Adaptability to adopt quickly to changing priorities and flexible work schedule
• Proven leadership and project management skills with a demonstrated desire for continuous improvement
• Proficient with Google Workspace/Microsoft applications/Queries
• Excellent analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to identify, understand and help resolve issues promptly
• Ability to proactively lead and manage projects with minimal supervision, guidance
• Proven reliability and reputation regarding financial matters
• Experience in e-commerce data collection and online shopping
• Home equipment needed: Printer, Smartphone. Internet connection (high-speed,
• private). A laptop will be provided.
• Availability to work from home for 8 hrs/day during core hours 7am - 6pm
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Distance from home address to USPS/Fedex/UPS locations under 10 miles each way
• Background check required
