Position Overview:

The Senior Operations Manager/Analyst will provide operational and analytical support to our growing investment portfolio. This individual will gain exposure to the investment lifecycle: underwriting, financing, acquisitions, asset management and dispositions and will work directly with the Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Controller on a daily basis. The Senior Operations Manager must be a self- motivated team member willing to work in a close-knit and fast paced team environment. This position presents an opportunity for an exceptional candidate to take on an increasing amount of responsibility in a growing platform within Oldham Goodwin Capital.

Primary Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Run sophisticated cash flow discounting models used for asset management and sales coordination; analyze leases, financial statements, contracts, environmental, structural, credit, survey and title review, tenant credit and interviews, expense and income analysis, closing statement preparation, and physical assets in the underwriting and due diligence process

· Assist in preparing investment memos summarizing potential acquisitions and dispositions for Senior Investment Committee

· Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements

· Conduct regular market research to aid in investment theses

· Assist in building out proformas and provide professional advice based on economic conditions, market trends and asset specific information

· Portfolio tracking for existing assets to identify key milestones

· Monitor and analyze specific commercial real estate market conditions, using the area’s internal and external real estate, financial and economic data

· Due diligence review and tracking

· Oversight of special projects and initiatives; responsible for coordinating with all key stakeholders

Qualifications:

· B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment that is entrepreneurial and results driven

· Outstanding financial, analytical, and critical thinking skills

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills

· Capable of demonstrating strong/advanced Excel skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Earth, and general web-based GIS systems

· Ability to learn and adapt to internal and external industry specific software and create models for internal purposes

· Highly reliable and organized

· Professional, energetic, positive, detailed oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and transaction driven business environment

· Self-motivated to learn and outperform
