Excellent Pay: $18 - $22/hourly 1st Shift (Monday- Friday)

We are currently seeking a Senior Operator for our Wash Line in our downtown location to operate various equipment and production lines, generally assigned to equipment that is more complex or that requires higher level of technical capability and experience. Responsible for the correct set up and operations of equipment in their area or in execution of special projects and production campaigns.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:


  • Maintain all safety requirements, environmental and housekeeping standards while performing routine and non-routine operations safely and efficiently
  • Generate and maintain accurate production and operational records

  • Work with precise limits and standards of accuracy with ability to analyze and make operational and equipment changes to bring process into standard
  • Willingly adapts to changes, new equipment, new procedures and overall process changes and is a leader of change
  • Ensure unit policies and procedures are being followed in their area of operations and coach others in compliance to policies and procedures
  • Actively and willingly trains other employees on correct equipment and line operations and procedures
  • Anticipate potential problems, troubleshoot equipment, solve problems and demonstrate mastery of equipment and projects assigned to
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Prior formulation, packaging or quality control experience desired.
  • Attention to detail, continuous learning, applied learning, teamwork, managing work and time, safety awareness and quality ownership.
  • Ability to interact with customers and leadership to drive change
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated to accomplish tasks with little or no direction


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

Industrial warehouse environment.
