Peter Millar is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to oversee indirect procurement strategy, which encompasses all sourcing except for that related to inventory procurement. This role will partner with all departments to optimize the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, in close collaboration with department managers:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement an indirect procurement strategy and policy:

• Develop and implement a procurement strategy
• Develop and implement best in class procurement processes and tools
• Engage key stakeholders, promote procurement best practices, and provide training
• Track and report performance and compliance

Develop and implement procurement strategies for key indirect categories:

• Build-up and provide category intelligence and expertise
• Define and implement category strategies with stakeholders and global category leads
• Contribute to Richemont Procurement forums and initiatives
• Setup and manage preferred suppliers for the brand(s)

Provide sourcing support to all departments, and lead large tenders and negotiations:

• Lead major tenders and negotiations to obtain best conditions
• Support stakeholders in their sourcing activities
• Lead or support supplier management
