We are seeking a Senior Production Analyst/Transaction Manager preferably located in Los Angeles, California, though other locations will be considered. In this role, the individual will serve as organizational and analytical support to a high performing Origination Team that delivers debt products to multifamily clients, primarily consisting of FHA, but may include Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years HUD analyst experience and be extremely detail oriented and organized.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and organize information from clients.
• Prepare client forms and proposals.
• Track timing and stages of each transaction.
• Input property financial information into Excel financial models.
• Recognize issues and work with team to find solutions to deal obstacles.
• Schedule and coordinate third party reports and inspections.
• Handle other duties/projects across the Greystone platform as needed and assigned.

Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier accredited college or university required.
• Knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills required.
• Multifamily analytic/underwriting experience.
• Advanced excel skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational/project-management skills.
