Insight Global is looking for a Senior Property Manager for one of our commercial property management and real estate clients. This resource will be in charge of 2 administrative resources along with having dotted line management for the building engineers of each site. They will have overall building operations responsibility including vendor issues, emergency repairs, industrial complexes, as well as financial reporting. 50% of their day will be delegation of tasks, 35% will be financial reconciliation, tenant billing, credits, and writing variance reports, and the other 15% will be travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
