Hazen and Sawyer, an engineering firm focused on all things water, seeks a positive, highly motivated, and creative marketing professional to work with a team of engineers, scientists, graphics professionals, and proposal development coordinators to develop best-in-class business proposals and presentations.

At Hazen, the Sr. Proposal Coordinator works with technical staff to prepare concise, compelling, and compliant narratives, as well as the associated interview presentations. They participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards and layouts, distribute action items, write proposal sections, and monitor the completion of tasks. The Sr. Proposal Coordinator works closely with our pursuit teams to deliver high-quality proposals to our clients to win competitive engineering opportunities.

• Can effectively delegate and support others on the proposal development team

Candidates must have at least five years of related experience (A/E/C a plus), excellent writing skills, an eye for layout, and an ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible formats for a wide range of audiences. A candidate is expected to have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.

Educational Requirements:
