Summary
This position will be responsible for developing innovative recruiting strategies and networks to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates, and leading activities to meet fast growing business resource needs, which include proactively identifying and recruiting passive job seekers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment for all service functions and employment levels within the company. This will include job postings, cold calling, networking for referrals, database mining, resume searches, assessing resumes, phone screening, resume submittals to functional Hiring Managers, coordinate candidate / Hiring Manager phone, video & onsite interviews.
- Develop strategic initiatives to drive recruitment efforts and utilize various tools to source candidates.
- Proactively identify and recruit passive job seekers.
- Must have a mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience.
- Develop and retain relationships with candidates and referrals.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses all/any resource needs.
- Identify employer branding opportunities to collaborate with ClinChoice marketing team and present a strong representation of the organization.
- Perform campus recruitment and network development with the educational institutions in Canada.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting activities in HR System.
- Build strong strategic relationships with hiring managers and teams, handle a diverse set of roles/positions, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Serve as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries and information technology roles.
- Support other HR related tasks assigned.
- The position will have exposure to sensitive and confidential information necessitating diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment.
Essential Skills Required & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of experience in candidate recruiting and recruiting strategy development required.
- Experience working with Agencies and diverse Recruiting partners to identify best fit candidates.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong recruiting experience within pharma/CRO industry inclusive Regulatory, Safety, Medical, and Clinical Operations.
- Knowledge of various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Be able to work under tight timeline.
- Ability to interface and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information.
- Must be a self-starter, problem-solver, and one who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ADP ATS
