POSITION SUMMARY

What you’ll be doing: We are hiring a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for interviewing, referring and hiring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, clinical and management positions throughout the Company.

What you’ll bring to the table: Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the Company, a basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

A few requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum (5) years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search and/or direct hire placements

• Strong communication skills

• Strong decision-making skills
