NOTICE OF THE FILING OF A LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION WITH THE EMPLOYMENT TRAINING ADMINISTRATION
An H-1B nonimmigrant worker is being sought by NVIDIA Corporation through the filing of a labor condition application with the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor. A wage range of at least $220,459 - $286,000 per year is being offered to the employee associated with this LCA. The period of employment for which this worker is sought is 10/22/2023 and 10/21/2026. The base salary range is $180,000 - $287,500. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
