About This Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Compensation Leader to join our Sales Operations Team. We are scaling the team and are looking to hire individuals who can contribute from the ground up. In this role, you will lead programs and contribute to a range of key initiatives such as our Annual Sales Compensation Plan and Sales incentives.
The ideal candidate is a team builder and team player that is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Successful candidate understands that this is a startup environment and is willing to step in where needed. Projects range from administrative, tactical and strategic.
What You Will Do

  • You will focus on comp design, comp calculations and analytics
  • Provide sales incentives recommendations
  • This is a global role so you will work with multiple currencies proficiently, accurately, and do fx currency exchange

What We Are Looking For

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
  • 3 + combined years of proven success in a Sales Finance and / or Sales Operations related experience (IC or Manager)
  • Comprehensive understanding of compensation foundations
  • Advanced analytical skills; specifically using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, as well as work collaboratively with a wide variety of employees, management, and teams
  • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail while managing numerous complex projects and priorities to meet deadlines successfully
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to detect inconsistencies in data
  • Strong analytical storyteller with an ability to pull the appropriate narrative from the data
  • Built compensation strategy and framework from ground up
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
